10 tricks to get the most of Google Chrome

                         


                          Google's Chrome browser is the world's number one browser beating Mozilla Firefox. We use it every day but not everything out of it. There are some killer Chrome tricks to get the most out of it. Check them out.

1)Open multi tabs on starting:

                           When we open Chrome we get the home page but the browser has the capacity to open more than one page(sites) at startup. Go to "Options>Basics" and check the box which says "On startup...Open the following pages".Click "Add" and select sites from suggestions or add URLs.

2)Pin a site forever

                            When you use a site a lot then instead of searching or typing its URL you should pin it. Right-click on the tab and select "Pin" it.

3)Turn websites into desktop app

                             One more way to see your favourite site is make them  available on desktop.Click on "Tools" and then click on "Create application shortcuts".

4)Add home button to toolbar                                

                            Sometimes we need to go on home page quickly.For it just add home page from "Options" and under basics check the box saying "Show home button on the toolbar."

5) Do calculations in Omnibox

                              Using instead PC's calculator you can do basic mathematics calculations in Omnibox.

6)   Use Autofill address:

                                When we don't want to write lengthy location adress,we can use autofill it from

"Options>Personal Stuff>Autofill options>Add adress"  

                                

7)Use chrome URLS:

                                You can view your bookmarks,downloads and history by typing "chrome://bookmarks","chrome://downloads","chrome://history" etc.


8)Make fevicon only bar:

                                Go to "Tools>Always show the bookmarks bar" to make only favicon only bookmarks bar.


9)Sync Chrome settings to Google account

                                 To save your Chrome settings to Google account go to "Options>Personal Stuff>Setup sync" and sign in to your Google account.


10)Play a trick to Chrome-mate

                                   Use "developers tools" to play safe from your buddies who use your PC as well as Chrome.
